Hotel Policy: The tournament strongly recommends that you book your rooms using Outer Zone Sports. As tournament director I work closely with Outer Zone so that we will be able to provide your teams the best chance to secure rooms closest to your site. Outer Zone will be made aware of age group and site placement of teams in a timely manner so that you can make your best selection.
Also, by booking through Outer Zone, you will also receive the tournaments guarantee that in the event the tournament has to be cancelled for weather on Friday (before ), your team will not be obligated to pay even 1 nights hotel expense. If you choose to book on your own and the tournament is cancelled Friday, you will incur at least 1 night's hotel expense, if not both nights!! This can be a very costly gamble by teams. We recommend that you protect your team!
