We are a 100% volunteer organization committed to providing children with the gift of  physical fitness while encouraging the fundamentals of soccer.  As we continue to grow, so must our coaching staff. Coaches and assistant coaches are key to teaching good sportsmanship, leadership and responsibility. If you love the game of soccer, want to influence physical fitness in kids and  get PAID in SMILES; then you are perfect for Coaching and Assistant Coaching.

As a large community-based program, we have many enthusiastic parents, friends and neighbors that  fill practice nights and game days with spirit and encouragement; but many of these same people are afraid to volunteer because they have no experience coaching or  uncomfortable with the game of soccer. Don’t fear! Chesterfield United can help!

Chesterfield United Recreational Soccer is expanding it’s coaching program to address the needs of coach volunteers on all levels. During the summer; we will conduct clinics to help coaches and assistant coaches get the appropriate trainings.  Also, the club will be conducting a VYSA certification class in late July/early August to increase their longevity in the club and encourage leadership participation outside the soccer program.
