TRAVEL TRYOUT INFORMATION FOR 2011-12

Chesterfield United is pleased to announce the try-out dates for both boys and girls teams between the ages of U15 to U18. All try-out information is provided below along with an informational brochure on each program. All returning and new players must register for tryouts. It is recommended that players attend both try-out dates.

U9-U14 Tryouts and Coaching Slate will be released shortly but try-outs will be held first week of May.

  ALL PLAYERS, COACHES AND TEAM MANAGERS WHO HAVE NOT GOTTEN THEIR PHOTO TAKEN MUST SUBMIT A DIGITAL PHOTO TO THE PHOTOGRAPHER BY 8/3/11

PLAYER & COACHES CARDS:
All VSLI (US Youth Soccer) players, coaches and managers will need to sign their passes. Signatures must include LEGAL first name and last name.
No nick names, or initials.

PUMA UNIFORMS:
Uniforms are available during regular office hours, through August 6th, for players to check sizing.

REGISTRATION FORMS:
Download the appropriate form packet for you player. Please have forms completed and ready to turn in when you arrive at registration. This will minimize your wait times.
